Manage and ensure the success of an 18+ person Development Operations team responsible for all aspects of development operations and donor services, including prospect research, fundraising analytics, gift and biographical records management, donor relations and stewardship, development events, development communication, departmental budget, and business process improvement. • Develop operational strategy for Wellesley College’s new comprehensive fundraising campaign, the most ambitious in the College’s history, through campaign planning deliverables including feasibility studies, goal-setting, resource allocation, and revenue and expense projections.• Lead the creation and deployment of data visualization dashboards and business intelligence tools, providing executive management and the Board of Trustees with appropriate insights and recommendations for strategies to improve fundraising performance and leverage prospective donor and market opportunities. • Direct the analysis of constituent relationships and behaviors, build revenue and other forecasting models, and establish appropriate metrics to measure and evaluate staff and program performance.• In tandem with the Finance department, oversee the Development department’s operating budget and resource allocations, including budget planning and reporting; assess and recommend resource allocations and investments to best achieve the department’s strategic goals. • Oversee, direct, and align staffing resources focused on the effective coordination and use of Salesforce Affinaquest, including prospect coding schemas, fundraising activity, and proposal pipeline management. • In active partnership with frontline leadership, monitor, analyze, and report on relationship management data, including examination of fundraising progress against defined programmatic goals, cultivation and solicitation cycles, contact reporting, campaign progress, prospect identification, KPIs, and performance metrics.
