My professional work experiences over the past 18+ years with Hach Company has been primarily focused around sales for water analytical equipment. I started on the phone doing outbound sales for the company and over the years I have taken on a lead role for the New Business Development department, followed by Supervisor, and Manager. I have done so by coaching outbound and inbound sales associates, establishing new methods for increasing sales and generating reports, and working closely to build relationships with neighboring departments. I have and will continue to have a need to go above and beyond. I enjoy taking on leadership positions because I never settle, I cannot ever sit back and wait for things to happen and I am continuously striving to improve.
