I co-founded Village Physio, a home physiotherapy service supporting older adults, neurological conditions and complex needs across Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster and Barnsley.After 15 years at Sheffield Hallam University, I moved into business full-time to build and grow a healthcare service that makes physiotherapy accessible for people who are unable to attend clinic-based appointments.Alongside one-to-one home rehabilitation, we deliver bespoke group physiotherapy programmes for care homes, charities and community organisations, focused on mobility, falls prevention and wellbeing.I lead operations, marketing, local partnerships and commercial growth.
