We\'ve created a safe space for affirming, equity-rooted mental health care and wellness services that never asks anyone to shrink or mask to belong. We are advocates, and practice from an anti-oppressive framework, which means we call out bullsh!t when we see it and work to disrupt systems that are harmful. In a world where mental health care and wellness services have often failed marginalized communities, we built something different. We exist because too many people have sat across from a provider who just didn’t get it. Who didn’t understand their identity, their relationships, their struggles—or worse, made them feel like they had to explain or defend them. That’s not how healing happens. We’re here to redefine what mental health and wellness care looks like for those who have never truly had a space built for them. Our expert-led training and consulting helps leaders and organizations create truly inclusive spaces that go beyond surface-level diversity efforts.
