About Samantha Driscoll

I first joined the athenahealth Customer Success team as we entered the inpatient EHR market and was focused on our early clients\' return on investment and growth. During my tenure at athenahealth, I have also worked on the incubation of a mobile EHR offering and a payer contract management solution. I have held roles as an individual contributor, team lead and people manager. My goal with all products is to realize true customer success while improving financial and clinical performance, mitigating churn risk and enabling better patient care. In addition to my Customer Success focused work, I am also heavily involved in cross-functional collaborative initiatives with Customer Care and Product Management.Before joining athenahealth I worked for Caradigm — a healthcare analytics and population health company (now divested into two companies: Imprivata and Inspirata). During my time with Caradigm I was focused on the Identity and Access Management space and worked with my clients to increase clinical efficiency and protect patient health information. In this role I partnered with organizations of all sizes from community hospitals to large academic medical centers.Additionally, I completed my Master\'s in Health Informatics and Management at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in Fall 2018. My goal is to use data and innovative technologies to improve the patient experience and care delivery. I enjoy working on projects related to interoperability, product development and value-based care. My special interests include process improvement and social determinants of health.
