I work closely with our lovely managers at Origin to provide advice and support on their recruitment needs. I have the advantage of working in the public, private and third sector on a small and large scale recruitment campaigns at all levels including running assessment centres and producing recruitment documentation and advertising campaigns. I love being creative and problem solving really challenging recruitment issues. I\'m keen to learn and develop so I am MCIPD Qualified with a Masters in Human Resources achieved with a Commendation and I am also qualified in MBTI, Hogan Psychometrics as well as Police Assessment Centres (SEARCH and QA role). I have also gained my Advanced Project Management qualifications with the Association of Project Managers.Outside of work I have a keen interest in social media and manage the social media and customer engagement marketing for a local company. I\'m so excited by technology and all that it can do to support what we do so have a keen interest in all things ChatGTP. We provide affordable housing in our communities as well as related care and support services to the people who live in them.
