In 2015 I was a member of an all-female team of 12 LeasePlan employees who undertook an 18 day, 100 kilometre ski-trek across Baffin Island in the Arctic Circle, camping in -15 to -40 degree temperatures, as part of LeasePlan\'s worldwide initiative to challenge how people think about diversity and inclusion.
