ABOUT SAMANTHA ZELLMAN

I am a leadership and organizational development professional with 17+ years of experience in training, facilitation, coaching and instructional design. I am skilled in designing and creating a calm, validating space to support leaders to create individual and organizational change by bringing intentionality, empathy and a focus on both strategy and the tangible steps for success. To support learning and development for learners and maximize organizational impact, I lead the instructional design, create the full participant experience through unique workshops, trainings and learning management systems, and communicate with stakeholders in addition to my role as lead facilitator and coach. I manage teams and work to accommodate diverse needs by creating learning experiences that are human-centered and focused on adult learning styles through custom-designed content and presentations. In all of my work, diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice plays a central role as we actualize workplaces where everyone can bring their best self.
