Perform sales role by prospecting, communicating with clients, negotiating, and closing opportunities -Grow the company\'s market share via new customers -Generates new business through a high level of customer contact including frequent direct customer visits and networking activities-Attend conferences and networking events to promote company services-Reports into the company\'s CEO and collaborates with team to aid in effectively maintaining client relationships-Assess current state of Chemicals Supply Chain and existing supplier base, make sourcing recommendations, and supply risk mitigation plans in the pharmaceutical, electronics, and CASE marketplace -Lead sourcing initiatives for both established and new product development including industry research, supplier evaluation, RFP development, issuance, proposal evaluation, contract negotiations and contract or purchase order award-Manage order placement, monitoring and fulfillment-Review and prepare Master Service Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements as required -Effectively promotes current technical capabilities and emerging technologies as they become available to facilitate generation and closing of new business opportunities. Primary means of achieving through e-mail communications, phone conversations, tailored presentations-Networks and builds trust-based relationships throughout target accounts from technical personnel to executive level-Execute rolling forecasts & Purchase Orders to the supply base in a timely manner to ensure flexible production planning & supply to meet factory requirements-Ensure accurate pricing and supply data is maintained -Understanding of the drug development process from pre-clinical to clinical development -Write content such as email newsletters, social media posts, press releases, etc-Coordinate with creative design creation (e.g. booth graphics, brochures, social media posts, website copy and advertising materials etc. through 3rd party contractors).
