   Responsible for Weyerhaeuser\'s owned and leased US and Canadian real estate portfolio consisting of over 120 diverse properties. Assets range from integrated plant sites encompassing hundreds of acres with multiple internal business operations and third party tenants, to its corporate headquarter campus with an annual lease spend of $6.6M and 3.5M square feet of office and warehouse and thousands of acres of land. In 2014 supported senior management in the analysis and site selection and lead the lease negotiations for the relocation of the corporate headquarters from Federal Way to downtown Seattle. Advise business units on near and long-term strategic planning, site selection, and oversight of their real estate holdings. Responsible for the closure, management and disposition of surplus properties from ceased operations. Work closely with Environmental Health & Safety to appropriately manage sale of assets with modified or restricted uses. Have participated on several multi-faceted teams to manage the real estate portion of business divestitures. Since joining the company in 2009, have completed a variety of transactions totaling over 250 with an aggregate value in excess of $210 million.
