Lunar Permanence BU Focal for Test Capability Development.• Technical Project Manager for DSCE focused projects• Scrum Master for DSCE Software team. Hold sprint kick-offs and retrospectives, and daily scrum meetings. Maintain the software schedule for all team members and balance their workload.• Ensure that the sprints align with the TPM resource needs for Test Capability Development projects. • Maintain smooth communication between LP and TCD with weekly report-outs and monthly focal meetings. Monitor emergent Lunar Permanence requests and work with the customer to understand the full scope of their needs. • Fiercely maintain scope, schedule, and budget for all incoming projects under my perview, as well as work with the engineers to fully understand the test equipment requirements.• Mentor to this year’s summer intern.
