My work sits at the intersection of leadership, identity, and impact, helping people close the gap between their values and their day-to-day reality.Previously, I served as Executive Director of Dream Change, where I founded The Love Summit, a global leadership conference that convened more than 450 business and government leaders to explore how values like love, purpose, and connection drive economic and social outcomes.I hold an MSc in Global Prosperity, where my research focused on love as a social ethic and organizing principle.
