ABOUT SAMANTHA THICKETT
Curation Manager specializing in Managed Direct Sourcing (MDS) programs. After 4 years of recruitment developed my passion for partnering with clients, I made the decision to jump from recruitment over to Account & Curation Management. Working in an MDS capacity has enabled our team to leverage our client\'s brand and our technology to find candidates meaningful employment opportunities. We ensure an excellent candidate experience while our clients hire top talent and reduce their hiring cycle time and cost.Raise attended an on-site job fair, where candidates went through a 4 step testing and interview process with the potential of being hired on the spot. Our pre-screening initiatives lead to a 50% offer rate and 100% of the screened candidates who were offered a job accepted.
