With extensive experience in HR Operations Management, Strategic Planning, and Employee Relations, I have built a career focused on aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. In my current role with RW Assets Inc, I oversee HR initiatives across multiple entities, ensuring consistency in policies, processes, and organizational structure, while also preparing for seamless integration of future acquisitions.I have led key initiatives including benefit plan restructuring, payroll platform modernization, total rewards optimization, and handbook development—all of which have enhanced efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement. In addition, I serve as an active member of the ESOP Communication Committee, Corporate Budget and Savings Committees, Employee Experience Committee, and Executive Leadership Team, contributing both operational expertise and strategic insight.A cornerstone of my leadership philosophy is employee engagement and development. I take pride in fostering environments where employees feel supported, informed, and empowered to grow within their roles. My full-cycle HR background allows me to build trust and credibility, ensuring employees view HR as a partner in both professional and personal success.I also bring valuable global HR leadership experience, having collaborated with teams across the UK, South Africa, Spain, and Canada.
