Ms. Simon assists in the management of Intercontinental’s real estate holdings throughout the West Coast, including office, retail, residential, and industrial assets. Her responsibilities include maintaining tenant correspondence, reviewing monthly reports submitted by third party managers, assisting in quarterly valuations and the appraisal process, and reviewing and analyzing annual operating budgets. In addition, Ms. Simon helps with the implementation of each asset’s business plan with regard to leasing and operations.
