I have over twenty years experience providing counseling to both older adults and persons with disabilities. My goal is to provide support, empathy, and guidance while utilizing a non-judgmental and client-centered approach to therapy. I specialize in the following issues: End of Life, Grief and Bereavement, Depression and Anxiety, Caregiving, Chronic Illness, Moving to a Facility, Significant Life Changes, Decreased Physical Strength and Ambulation, and Chronic Pain. I work collaboratively with my clients, caregivers, and family members in order to structure a treatment plan specifically formulated for each individual.
