Develop strategic media plans in coordination with the tournament media team to deliver local, regional and international coverage. Coordinate directly with players and agents to arrange pre-tournament media availability and ensure players undertake post-match media commitments. Moderate press conferences and broadcast interviews, primarily with players and coaches. Execute the WTA’s ACES player appearance program, which includes arranging iconic photos, marquee off-site interviews, fan engagement initiatives and sponsor requirements. Work with local media teams to review credential requests and manage onsite media offices. Provide tournament and event-based storylines for content development and assist with content creation on-site at events. Coordinate special events and announcements, such as on-court presentations, VIP meet & greets, as well as celebrity meet & greets. Manage accumulating all player name pronunciations and uploading files to the official website. Helped facilitate player availability with Netflix\'s Break Point, following some of the top players on tour. Assist with \"Rookie Hours\" which gives new players a run-down on what to expect media-wise at tournaments. Write daily media and broadcast / commentary briefing notes for matches at tournaments and distribute statistical information. Assist in the daily media monitoring, analysis and distribution of WTA coverage, as well as the writing of announcements and press releases.
