Hello! I\'m a Johns Hopkins-trained, double board certified rheumatologist (autoimmune and inflammatory disorders) and internist who provides expert, in-depth virtual consultations to patients who are- concerned about possible autoimmune disease- experiencing a variety of unexplained symptoms and need direction on next best steps- interested in education about their current autoimmune condition and medications- interested in an in-depth second opinion on their current diagnosis and/or treatment planMy strengths as a physician include- exceptional clinical training at the Johns Hopkins Hospital- combing through years of medical records - outside the box thinking- helping patients feel seen and heard: specialize in general adult rheumatology (autoimmune and inflammatory disorders). I completed residency and fellowship training at Johns Hopkins University in 2018. I then moved to Austin, Texas to found the Division of Rheumatology at UT-Austin\'s new medical school, where I served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Director of Rheumatology Education from 20••••21. In September 2021, I left my full-time academic position at UT to pursue my main passions: time unlimited virtual consultations, clinical education, patient education, access to care, and international travel.
