Drove transformation and integration across the back offices, specifically Finance, Sales and HR. Performed key interface role between the back offices and the operational departments and vendors as was able to articulate their requirements and solutions in a language they understood.The final result was a full integration of global CRM (Sales Force) and ERP (NetSuite) solutions together with their inhouse bespoke system. Further integrations with multiple banks and other third party tools. Delivery was always without interruption or downtime.Streamlining processes and data have reduced manual work arounds and reliance on “key” personnel so reducing risk and increasing capacity with improved data integrity.I use a very pragmatic approach to manage the end to end programme life cycle from Initiation (developing business case, scope and identifying stake holders), Planning (workflows, resource and budget management), Execution (briefing, managing and managing budgets) to Closure (analysis of results and budget). This approach allows for clear and transparent methodology, communication and structure.
