As an Education Specialist I work with Pearson Embanet Partners who include accredited institutions of higher education. Specifically, I work with Facilitators in Graduate programs across a myriad of disciplines to ensure quality instruction for each partner. A typical day includes:Recruitment of facilitators including creation of and posting of jobs. Reviewing and interviewing potential candidates. Coordination of on-boarding of new and returning facilitators.Working in conjunction with Lead Faculty, Directors, Deans, Course Development, Project managers and Finance/Payroll in an attempt to provide each academic partner with a high level experience which translates to a meaningful experience for our students. Facilitator Performance Management. Analyze learner feedback as gathered by course evaluations concerning facilitator performance. Creation and disbursement of facilitator contracts and payments. Assist the Director of Student and Faculty Support to provide leadership in shared services initiatives including the use and strategy of systems.
