Those duties include ensuringthat a clinical manager and operations manager is available during all operating hours; andensuring that the office employs qualified personnel. In addition, if serving in the role ofadministrator, ensures that a qualified Alternate Administrator is selected and approved by theGoverning Body to fulfill the role in the absence of the Administrator
