Leading a solid team of Global Mobility Consultants and US Immigration Specialist in providing support to our expat population, global Project teams and, to our peers/counterparts in HR/Global Mobility around the world. Assist with all M&A activities pertaining to Global Mobility/International Transfer responsibilities. Provide assessments on Remote Work Requests that cross international borders. Design global policy on international assignments, including the associated procedure and work instruction matrices that helps the business make better informed decisions for their people. Serve as SME on mapping out complex project assignments to US Federal projects overseas, that apply Fed regulations (e.g, DSSR, FAR) in “consistent and compliant” manner while also ensuring duty of care for employees. Apply many years of Global Mobility/International HR experience in the global Project support space, the expat assignment/international transfer space, the policy creation/administration space, metrics and reporting space, etc, to help quickly navigate through a global pandemic that transformed the way Global Mobility operates, which continues to change as we move forward through a flexible working environment.
