Medical lead for FDP/YDP squads- U18\'s & U21\'s pitchside cover for training and games- Experience in cover First Team (training sessions and rehab - when needed)- Pitch based emergency first aid- Injury assessment, diagnosis and treatment- Gym based and on field based rehabilitation programmes- Creating and implementing successful return to running and training programmes / protocols- Organise annual cardiac screenings (U15 - U21\'s)- Annual SCAT6 testing and MSK screening- Manage a team of casual and part time staff- MDT communication (managers, coaches, sports science, analyst, senior physiotherapists, club doctor)- Run and attend a monthly CPD programme- Attend clinical appointments with players- Audit experience, organisation and management- Exposure to post operative injuries, such as Hamstring 4C, syndesmosis repair, ATFL avulsion and ACL reconstruction. Keen to experience and treat myself within a professional role.Experience in injury rehab, on field prescription and return to play planning of: ACL rupture, pars fracture, post surgical osteochondral defect, concussion, femur fracture, patella dislocation and an insight into hamstring rupture rehabilitation.Experience in delivering rehab specific gym bases programmes and on field football specific rehab sessions and management through a progressive overload programme.
