Previously worked as a Lead Product Definition Engineer on models for INNIO (formerly GE Power & Water) where we manufacture Industrial Engines (Natural Gas, 6-16 cylinder, 75•••00rpm, 18L-285L). In this role, I work with manufacturing, assembly, test, quality, and suppliers with non-compliant parts, assembly fit-up issues, requests for print/design changes, BOM issues, and on-time delivery. I interact with a variety of departments, as well as machinists, assemblers, union workers, suppliers, and upper management. Moved to Brunswick under ASG Connect as the Manufacturing Engineer working with the electrical components and module assemblies for boats and RVs for ~1.5yrs. Transitioned into Sustaining Engineering under Brunswick\'s Navico Group in their Fishing Systems division working with improvements to current production-released components and assemblies.
