Work closely with the CEO, Money Pages/3D Digital clients, and upper level management to ensure the accurate creation and execution of strategic plans.• Sort and filter incoming communications including emails, phone calls and meeting requests. Identify and report important correspondence to CEO and upper-management. • Manage event tickets requests and distribution company-wide for Vystar Veterans Memorial Arena events, Jacksonville Jaguars games, Jax River Jams, and more.• Execute both small and large scale events at the office or outside venues including our Volusia franchise 20 year celebration, multiple Dreams Come True \"dreamer parties,\" and various company events. • Social media content creation/writing/posting • Prep for internal and client meetings by providing documents, maintaining calendars and providing preliminary research for CEO.• Participate in high-level meetings with exceptional professionalism and follow-up after all meetings to ensure actions items have been completed and correspondence has been met. • Maintain calendar for CEO including all travel, meetings, and personal events. • Use research and organizational skills to build and provide presentations for CEO.• Perform additional tasks by CEO and upper-level management when needed• Coordinate all building and property related vendors for maintenance, repairs, and improvements including: alarm permit renewals, fire code inspections, roof leaks, plumbing service calls, backflow testing, fence repairs, janitorial crew, trash/recycling, lighting and electrical, pest control, landscaping, irrigation, etc.
