ABOUT SAMANTHA PACKARD

I currently work as a UX designer on the Loyalty team at Caesars Sportsbook, bringing the rewards of both digital gaming and retail entertainment together. The nature of our team - which includes direct conversations with the Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, and Developers - allows for open collaboration and leads to better understanding, more rapid prototyping, and faster problem solving through Agile Development. My process for product development includes persona creation, information architecture, UI asset creation, product strategy, competitive analysis, user journey mapping, user flows and wireframes, interactive prototyping, user testing, testing analysis, and continuous iteration on solutions to give our users the best experience possible. I\'ve worked as a Freelance Web & Graphic Designer for the past several years and I specialize in app design, web design, logo design, layout, branding, and marketing collateral for both digital and print.My work can be viewed at
