Make up to Construction you ask!Not the usual procession one would think to take however I was ready for something brand new… Mindset switched to full learning mode, same skills - new industry, new family… we move. Recently made a switch within the group to Ashvale Haulage and finding my feet as Transport Admin. Again, using my transferrable skills gained in other roles but being in a more suited work location. I also assist the Plant Hire team with all bookings. Thoroughly enjoying learning all about the world of Compliance, Logistics & Transport of heavy plant. Mixed in with abit of accounting for the Quarry still 🤓 - New team, new skills, new focus Within my role as Recruitment Admin in Plant Hire, I also supported the Accounts team as Purchase Ledger Assistant. I proceeded to take on Recruitment Administrator at MOB Plant Hire, I provided timely, accurate & administrative support to an array of individuals. I have excellent management skills and work with the minimum of supervision. I was responsible for helping various recruiters to source, screen and hire candidates for various positions within the group, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.Updating databases, scheduling & reporting. Before joining M O\'Briens in July 2023, I had 11 years of experience as a make up artist, working with leading brands and high-profile clients, including A-listers. I progressed to Hair & Make up Team Leader where I oversaw the H&M department, leading a team of 12 creatives. Overseeing all scheduling & administrative duties. Coordinated the creative direction and execution of fashion shows, stage make up, and e-commerce campaigns.
