After graduating with my Bachelor of Science degree in 2012 from the University of Central Arkansas, I decided to stay and call Conway home. In 2015 I got my Arkansas real estate license and began my real estate career. As a real estate professional, handling client transactions efficiently through the utilization of supportive systems is a critical component of my role. Marketing has played a crucial role in my sales success, and I am responsible for creating and executing marketing plans for all properties, ensuring maximum exposure. Furthermore, I am entrusted with building comprehensive financial plans for both private and corporate investors, demonstrating my financial acumen as well as coordinating and managing investor projects for short term rentals, renovations and holds. Collaboration is also a key aspect of my responsibilities as I foster positive relationships with community vendors, promoting a collaborative atmosphere within the community as I am also Chair of my networking group through the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce. To stay ahead of market trends, I regularly review and analyze current market data, enabling me to provide valuable insights to clients and my team. On average, I close 55 units annually, representing an impressive $12 million in sales each year, attesting to my effectiveness as a real estate professional.
