I manage all aspects of a litigation dispute including; e-discovery teams, organizing workflow, and ensuring quality control and adherence to deadlines. Conduct examinations for discovery, cross-examinations, mediations and pre-trials. I draft and negotiate settlement agreements. I have appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the British Columbia Supreme Court and the Manitoba Court of Kings BenchI have chaired of the FR Business Development Committee and the FR Civil Rules Review Working Group. I participate in annual recruitment and host regular CPDs for FR on a variety of issues.
