I am a junior at the University of South Carolina majoring in Sport Management and Entertainment with a minor in Public Relations and Advertising. I have gained hands-on experience in premium services, live event operations, and guest relations through roles with Colonial Life Arena, the Carolina Panthers, and Sphere Entertainment in Las Vegas.At Colonial Life Arena, I have strengthened my customer service skills and developed a deeper understanding of the fan experience. With the Carolina Panthers, I help deliver seamless premium experiences for VIP guests, suite holders, and club members on game days.
