   This role requires me to deeply understand my stakeholders, their businesses and their must-win-battles. I work closely with my teams to provide recommendations that are commercially focused, nuanced to individual team dynamics, and reflect business strategy. This role primarily supports the Australian lead teams in Advisory. Duties include:• Consult and coach teams of executives and managers across the Advisory business to improve business capability and performance. • Provide quality nuanced advice to employees of all levels (including graduates, managers, and executives) on generalist areas including; remuneration, benefits, performance management, development, disputes, conflict resolution, onboarding, and people policies/procedures. • Work closely with the Regional Senior People Consultants, the Advisory People Business Partner, and other People teams (including Remuneration, Payroll, Mobility and Learning & Leadership) to provide high-quality support to the rest of the business. • Consider people data analytics including; attrition, engagement, diversity, utilisation, etc. to provide insightful advice to managers and executives on their team’s people strategy. • People pillar leader for an Aurecon acquisition. This included working with the change managers on developing the People Team integration strategy and then being responsible for implementing the strategy. • Active team member in two significant firm-wide projects regarding leadership structure and talent frameworks. This is in addition to leading Advisory-wide projects that improve onboarding experience, end-of-month reporting, and promotion development academies.
