With over 20 years experience in the food and beverage industry, I specialize in operations in both Concessions and Premium environments. I work closely with culinary, sales teams, operations managers and clients throughout the country to create and deliver top notch F&B experiences while remaining financially focused. I have supported numerous events throughout the US, from convention centers, golf tournaments, NHL, NBA and music festivals. Motorsports holds the number one spot in my heart where I assist with operations oversight at 20+ unique facilities.
