About Samantha McDonald
Hi! I\'m Samantha. I have experience in data-driven solutions, process improvement, and strategic planning for small businesses and organizations. I am a natural problem-solver and enjoy using information to drive efficiency and ignite growth for my business clients. Currently I am a Senior Consultant with Attain Partner\'s Salesforce Innovation Group, configuring and delivering customized Salesforce solutions to clients in the Higher Ed and Nonprofit space. I have significant experience delivering solutions from start to finish through discovery sessions, detailed solution design, build, migration of data, and go-live. My current expertise is in implementing UC Innovation\'s Ascend managed package for Advancement. Previously I was business consultant for the Michigan Small Business Development Center (SBDC) where I worked with small businesses and start-ups to guide them in developing and improving their business models. I also supported the SBDC state-wide organization with it\'s implementation of a new CRM system while simultaneously developing executive-level dashboards to utilize the CRM\'s treasure trove of data. In addition to the above, I owned a business called Small Business Insights, where I focused specifically on data-driven solutions for small business clients. I have advanced experience using Excel and Tableau for data analytics and visualization needs and enjoy researching and implementing other data platforms as needed. In my free time I enjoy listening to music, exploring new places, boating on the beautiful lakes in northern Michigan, and spending time with my family.
