As the Director of College Readiness & Alumni Success, I’m passionate about guiding students beyond high school and into meaningful, successful postsecondary journeys. With a focus on equity and long-term impact, I lead strategic initiatives that prepare students for college admission, persistence, and career readiness, while also building systems of support for alumni as they navigate life after graduation.I bring experience in developing comprehensive college access programming, cultivating partnerships with higher education institutions, and using data to drive continuous improvement. Whether it\'s coaching students, training staff, or building sustainable alumni networks, I believe in empowering young people to thrive at every stage of their educational and professional journeys.Always open to collaboration, learning, and opportunities to expand access and success for all students.
