Hi, I’m Sam Macaluso! A Computer Science graduate from the University of Georgia and a Software Developer with the University System of Georgia ITS.I currently work on the Data Management and Reporting team, where I help build and support data-driven solutions, and I serve as an Analyst for the Technical Enablement and Infrastructure Business Suite, contributing to the ongoing Workday ERP integration. My work sits at the intersection of software development, data, and enterprise systems that support institutions across the state of Georgia.I began my journey with USG ITS as an intern in 2024, gaining experience across teams including Networks, OneUSG, Payroll, and Software Development. After time in the telecommunications industry as a Data Scoping Coordinator, I found my way back to USG ITS. Now I am working as a full-time developer with the same team that sparked my interest in enterprise software.I’m a self-motivated, analytical problem-solver who values collaboration, continuous learning, and building solutions that make a real impact.
