Hi! My name is Samantha and I am grateful to have “fallen into” HR. While I love the thrill of analyzing data in order to solve a problem, or compile strong reporting like IPEDS/EEO-1, I also know that customer service is my strength. I feel that “top talent” helps to enable an organization to perform at its best, and I like to provide efficient HR support to employees in a way that makes them feel supported so that they can focus instead on the work they contribute to the organization; and also feel that they have a reliable HR partner to contact when needed. I like using data to make informed decisions that make positive impact, and I regularly consider what’s working well now, and what could be done better. I’m always looking to connect with new people to broaden my network for future collaboration and learning.
