Nearly 9 years with Sighten/EverBright have unfolded across two chapters of my 12-year career. First I served as the CEO\'s right hand for everything from HR and recruiting to investor relations and sales operations. After 18 months away, they invited me back to join their small product management team. That leap from operations to product management has resulted in successive promotions within the discipline and expanded responsibilities. I now manage multiple complex domains spanning fraud prevention to fleet management with 3 direct reports across several scrum teams.    Through successive leadership roles and rapidly expanded scope, I lead several cross-functional teams at a residential solar finance company as a Manager of Technical Product Management (a real mouthfull!). What does this actually mean? I currently manage two critical value streams spanning Contract, Risk, Installation, Signing & Payments (CRISP) and Fleet & Resource Management (FARM), with 3 Product Managers under direct management across 3 scrum teams.I specialize in building products that navigate the unique intersection of physical-world constraints, financial incentives, and fraud prevention in residential solar finance. My teams develop tools to support the business\' needs today like deal processing review assignment systems and set up the business well for the future like real-time detection systems for suspicious deals, hard blocks to enforce our program\'s rules and standards, and review tools that extract and evaluate data from required documentation. We do this while managing the operational dependencies that make solar finance complex, from PTO approvals to equipment performance monitoring.I coordinate between finance and operations teams to ensure that products balance sales velocity with risk management, building systems that prevent today\'s questionable deals from becoming 25-year asset management problems. This includes managing workflows for underwriting, deal processing, production modeling, and asset monitoring across solar, storage, and emerging clean energy products.My approach combines technical product development with deep domain expertise in regulatory compliance, multi-party coordination, and the evolving landscape of residential clean energy finance.
