As someone who worked in a doctor’s office and first hand experienced the stress and difficulties of health insurance, it’s impossible to not see people still struggle to cover their expenses even with health insurance and not want that situation to change for those hardworking people. As the daughter of parents who made the employee health benefit decisions for their respective employers’, it’s impossible to not realize the high costs of health insurance for employers and want to see insurance be less stressful for them and other companies. As a business development representative for Everlong, I possess the opportunity to reach out to those who help employers make their employee health benefit decisions and present them with a unique opportunity to help their clients receive the coverage they need for the lowest cost possible. Thanks to my health insurance related experiences, I know Everlong may not be the cure all for the problems plaguing health insurance, but I believe it’s a part of the solution.

Everlong is the solution to stabilizing employer\'s health insurance costs while also allowing them more transparency so they can understand what is going on in their plan and address it. At Everlong, I am responsible for the onboarding and ongoing management of employers. This includes handling their transition from their previous insurance set-up, collaborating on strategies to improve the wellbeing of an employer\'s population, handling any day to day needs, and ultimately allowing employers to have more a stable & innovative health insurance experience.
