Currently I am responsible for a yearlong celebration of the company’s 40th anniversary. Events include a large Kick-off event with live music, a full carnival theme, many different vendors, collaboration with the city as the event will be held outside in the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza Park. Other events will include a spectacular Gala to honor our donors, the support of many city officials, board members and potential donors. In addition, there will be Groundbreaking ceremonies, Grand Openings and much more. My role is to incorporate the Companies message while finding venues, securing permits, negotiating with vendors, managing the budget, run the event from set up to tear down.Currently I am responsible for a yearlong celebration of the company’s 40th anniversary. Over 20 years’ experience in office and showroom management, event planning and managing and coordinating corporate, group and trade events. Manage showroom staff and oversee all planning (rentals, setup, teardown), catering, AV and Technology needs, valet, security, budget and team and client interaction ensuring a professionally managed event that exceeds the needs and expectation of the team, their clients and guests.
