Provide Project Management for the Marine Corps Business Operations Support Services (MCBOSS) Enterprise. MCBOSS provides the United States Marine Corps (USMC) with cloud services by leveraging leading commercial cloud providers (e.g, AWS and GovCloud), platforms (e.g, Pega and Tanzu), and DEVSECOPS Toolchain (e.g, Gitlab, JIRA and Confluence).Facilitate Technical Sync meetings to gather and understand customer requirements and current environment architecture in order provide a most efficient migration of services to the cloud. Anticipate organizational and technical impediments to service delivery including technical barriers, process barriers, or logistical challenges and collaborate with involved stakeholders to resolve in timely manner. Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and application demonstrations for the MCBOSS Onboarding Team. Keep outside distractions, impediments, or team conflicts from impacting team progress and maintain focus on prioritized tasks. Work closely with USMC Stakeholders and product owners to understand any changes in priority and ensure continuous delivery of service. Serve as liaison between MCBOSS Onboarding process and the MCBOSS Cloud Brokerage Application by providing and reviewing requirements to ensure deployed features support the MCBOSS Onboarding process as it matures and gains efficiencies.
