Championing the OneFanatics culture in all communications and across all channels. • Leading the long-term initiative to build the first companywide intranet, including cross-functional team project management, vendor relationship, content and platform development. Expected to launch Fall 2023. • Work closely with key internal stakeholders—such as HR Total Rewards—to develop communications to inform, engage and connect employees through consistent, timely, and proactive messaging. • Create content for company newsletter and intranet site. Stood up monthly Benefits newsletter showcasing Fanatics’ approach to wellness through career development, financial, and health/wellbeing benefits. • Team-first mentality, with a willingness to go above and beyond to accomplish goals. • Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly.
