Following restructuring of JLR\'s SHINE network, the \"umbrella\" network for all disability, to merge in Neurodiversity (ND) Matters Committee, I joined as a Network Champion, a more casual but still valuable role as my day-to-day role in the IP team grows. The main responsibility is to be a role model for inclusivity for all and promote positive attitudes to DE & I across JLR, including supporting the committee and other champions in the actions and targets from the UK Inclusion Council.

ABOUT SAMANTHA H.
Sam is a qualified CITMA Paralegal and member of INTA’s In-House Practitioners Committee with over ten years’ experience in-house and in private practice. Samantha has worked on global trade mark and design portfolios, large and small, gaining in-depth insight into the demands and nuances of IP management, before using this hands-on experience at IPMS provider, WebTMS, to help trade mark administrators and attorneys streamline their workflow and achieve efficiency gains. She was actively involved in WebTMS product development, providing essential insight into what really works for IP professionals and making sure the software delivers it. Samantha now takes all this experience with her to JLR, where she is now working with the team to source and onboard an appropriate IPMS.Sam’s much-loved Labradors Dyson, Henry and Roomba can often be found joining her on country walks and Teams meeting calls. When she’s not busy keeping them occupied, she loves live music, where you can either find her singing in the band, or live drawing to add to her art portfolio.
