Leading the development of Norwich Research Park\'s enterprise ecosystem – growing the active entrepreneur network to now ~60 early stage ventures, building a peer-to-peer founder community, and creating programmes that strengthen leadership capability and investment readiness.I work hard to make sure founders are in front of the people who can genuinely help them progress – whether that\'s investors, advisors or collaborators. Ventures I\'ve supported have gone on to secure external investment.At its heart, this role is about creating the conditions for great science-led businesses to grow and I find that genuinely exciting.

I\'m naturally curious, I ask a lot of questions, and I find that getting properly under the skin of a business or a challenge is where I do my best work.More recently I\'ve found my home in the world of start-ups and innovation. I work with early-stage founders at Norwich Research Park, helping them build capability, strengthen their leadership and progress their ventures and I love it. What hasn\'t changed throughout my career is what matters most to me: building genuine relationships and bringing the right people together.
