I have dedicated my career to making a meaningful difference in candidates\' lives, with expertise in diversity recruiting, particularly for veterans and military spouses (as I am, myself). My passion for supporting underrepresented talent drives my approach to full-lifecycle recruiting, diversity initiatives, strategic sourcing, leadership, and project management.At Amazon, I support talent acquisition efforts for Amazon Leo and Amazon Leo for Government (ALG formerly KGS), building the workforce and production capabilities for this groundbreaking initiative and delivering Amazon Leo’s satellite communication services to government customers. 1. Project Kuiper-talent Acquisition Kuiper Government Solutions (Kgs) Regulatory & Compliance

   Sep 2024 — Present

   The KGS team is specifically focused on providing Kuiper\'s satellite communication services to government customers around the world. I work closely with this group to identify, attract, and hire the specialized #cleared talent needed to meet the unique requirements of Kuiper\'s government clients. This includes finding candidates with expertise in areas like satellite operations, government contracting, regulatory compliance, and more. All roles are #cleared or #clearable TS/SCI. Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellite that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. The Production Teams’ mission is to create the capability and capacity to build and test Kuiper’s satellites. These capabilities are owned by the Manufacturing Team aligned into four production value streams: Optical Inter-Satellite Links / Mixed Model Assembly, Power Systems (Solar & Mechanisms / Battery), Integration (vehicle assembly) & Test.
