About Samantha Frazee
Currently, there are 155 Boulder County children who have been placed into our local foster care system. As a former foster parent and now adoptive parent to three children all adopted from Boulder County foster care, I have witnessed the impact child abuse and neglect has on children. Now as the Foster Parent Engagement Specialist, it is my responsibility to share what that impact is, and how you can help.
