I completed GSK\'s prestigious Future Leaders Program in Biopharmaceutical Engineering in Fall 2019, a three-year rotational scheme focused on technical development for recent science and engineering graduates.During the program, I completed three impactful rotations. In commercial manufacturing at GSK\'s Upper Merion Biopharmaceutical facility, I provided technical support for the Nucala campaign, specializing in both upstream and downstream processes. I led yield improvement projects, resulting in an additional in revenue for the site.In my rotation in Downstream Process Development, I focused on Protein A chromatography and impurities clearance development. I utilized my expertise in process optimization to drive efficiencies and enhance product quality. Additionally, my rotation in Vaccines R&D allowed me to contribute to upstream process development, where I designed and validated a small-scale model for production bioreactors using the ambr250 system.During my second rotation, I also had the opportunity to undertake a four-week data science assignment at ATOM in San Francisco. I honed my Python scripting skills and applied my expertise in data hygiene to support the development of a toxicology algorithm.With a passion for leveraging data to drive impactful outcomes, I am dedicated to collaborating cross-functionally to design and implement innovative solutions for business intelligence and process automation.
