Having multiple friends and family members who work in healthcare, I have become passionate about the employee and patient experience and look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead.I have extensive leadership experience, having worked as a manager at a small family business, served as president of my sorority for two consecutive terms, and been a lead building manager on campus at UNC Charlotte. Each of these experiences was unique and brought its own challenges, making me well-versed in handling various situations.
