   As a workplace strategist at the Globe Workplace Service organization, with the Workplace Design & Strategy team, I provide design direction for various scale construction projects globally. Our goal is to create workplaces that empower Microsoft employees to be at their best at work. Workplace Strategist role is to ensure all projects meet Microsoft Design Standards & Guidelines, and the design is aligning Microsoft Workplace Design Language to provide a cohesive yet unique workplace experience across our portfolios. Diversity, Inclusion, and sustainability implementations are our priority. Through various pilot projects, research and data gathering we continue to refine workplace solutions to meet the need of rapidly evolving business units and changing work patterns of employees. Provide support for workplace assessments with the portfolio planning team and transaction teams for site renewal and new site analysis.
