Lgs. 81/08, guaranteeing structured procedures for occupational health and safety.I promote and implement the global EHS initiatives of Mitsubishi Chemical Group, engaging employees in continuous improvement of safety and sustainability.Main responsibilities:Serve as a link between the global/regional EHS team and the local site.Analyze regulations and translate them into company actions.Assess and manage occupational health and safety risks.Define and implement EHS training and action plans to prevent industrial and environmental risks.Monitor working conditions and waste management.Conduct audits, measurements, and compliance control of equipment and processes.Investigate incidents and conduct root cause analysis.Manage relations with certification bodies and local authorities.Key competencies:More than 7 years of experience in safety and environmental management.Knowledge of industrial chemical plants and CE certification.Expertise in waste management and ADR regulations for hazardous materials.Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and regulatory knowledge.High professional integrity with a strong focus on safety.
