As a Shift Supervisor at a high-volume Starbucks location with a drive-thru, I help lead store operations and support both customers and partners in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. I play a key role in upholding the Starbucks Experience by fostering a strong store culture, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring smooth execution even during high-pressure situations or staff shortages.In this role, I regularly rotate between all front-of-house positions — including bar, warming, and register — while managing the floor, coaching team members, and stepping in wherever needed.
